Online Shopping Terms & Conditions
All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the “The Little-girl-in-Pink Shop by Scarlett” (TLGIPS) Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions. TLGIPS may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and all charges will be processed in PHP.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. TLGIPS will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
(TLGIPS) reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. TLGIPS will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, TLGIPS will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery TLGIPS will notify its customers within 5 business days.
Goods will be shipped via courier. Once Payment has been received from the warehouse, goods will be shipped, please allow 2-3 business days.

Pricing, Payment and Tax Policies
All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without notice due to inflation rates; rest assured that the ending price will be indicated in the invoice.
We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards for online purchases via PaypalTM. Other payment methods were indicated to your convenience. We also have other payment methods for non-credit card customers to choose for payment convenience.
All items are subject to taxes as applicable and stated by the Law, provided that tax charges will be indicated on your invoice. Taxes will be shouldered by the buyer.
Order Policies
1. Buyers MUST be WILLING TO WAIT.
1.1. Items are "pre-order" unless otherwise stated.
1.2. All available colors are posted.
1.3. All items were subject to availability of warehouse stocks (US, China, Japan)
1.4. Know your size from the size conversion chart provided to you. (MTO/Customized Shoes may have different size chart)

1.5. For items that is in centimeters (cm) you can convert them to inches
1.6. In case of unavailability of stock, you can reserve your orders and we will notify you as soon as items were offered. (Additional charges may apply).
1.7. For your reservations go to: Reservations and submit the form, maximum of 3 items/form.
1.8. Placed orders are FINAL. Items will already be reserved and can no longer be cancelled nor changed.
1.9. TLGIPS will not be liable for delays or errors due to request for changes (recipient, delivery address, courier) of placed orders.
1.10. Customers are given 48 hours (2 days) to settle/pay for their placed orders, otherwise on stated date of payment on submitted order form.
1.11. TLGIPS will automatically cancel placed orders that have not been paid within 2 days upon the stated payment due date.
1.12. Customers with three (3) cancelled placed orders, names will be noted and will be banned from our site.
2. 50% DOWN PAYMENT to process your order; remaining balance must be settled once the item/s arrived and ready to be delivered to you.
2.1 Items priced PHP 750.00 and below. MUST BE FULLY-PAID.
2.2 We require full payment on or before the date due as stated in the invoice prior to delivery of your orders.
2.3 You will be informed once the item is already arrived from warehouse and your order will be shipped to you within 48 hours upon receipt if full payment.

3. CUT-OFF PERIOD for orders is every 15th and 30th of the month.
3.1. Otherwise stated “no cut-off dates” policies on/or during promotional dates.
3.2. On-hand items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after full payment is received on “First-Come-First-Served basis”. We accept reservation for on-hand items provided payment is received within 2 days. Otherwise, item will be released and made available.
3.3. Cut-off dates were strictly implemented on the Made-to-Order (MTO) and Customized Shoes.
4. Customized/Made to Order (MTO) Shoes are subject to further and/or other terms and conditions. Including but not limited to Order, Shipping and Payment policies.
5. HOW TO ORDER:
5.1. OPTION 1
1.) Browse items from our categories/albums at the page.
2.) Just fill out and complete the FB Order Form (App Name: Order Form) to submit your orders.
3.) You can place/submit maximum of 3 orders per form.
4.) Choose your Payment Method
- upload a copy of your valid ID as proof of Identity.
5.) Send form by click on the Submit Button
- Wait for our confirmation email (within and not later than 48 hours).
6.) Settle payment and let us know thru PM/email once payment is made as stated in the invoice. (For our contact info TLGIPbyscarlett_Info)
- Confirmation Email will be sent to you once we receive the payment.
- We will notify you thru your email or PM that your orders were processed.
(**Note: you must like our page to complete to view the Order form. Depends also on your internet browser and/or connections Order Form may sometimes slow to load)
5.2. OPTION 2
1.) Browse items from our categories/albums at the page.
2.) Download and Fill-up the Order Form

3.) You can only one (1) order per form. (For multiple orders: please sign and submit separate forms each)
4.) Choose your Payment Method
- Email your order form to: [email protected]
- Send it as an attachment, together with the copy of your valid ID as proof of Identity.
- Wait for our confirmation email (within and not later than 48 hours).
- Invoice stating the total amount and details of payment will be sent to you through email or thru your inbox.
5.) Settle payment and let us know thru PM/email once payment is made as stated in the invoice. (For our contact info: TLGIPbyscarlett_Info)
- Confirmation Email will be sent to you once we receive the payment.
- We will notify you thru your email or PM that your orders were processed.
6. We will be giving you the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the items. We will provide you your tracking number once your orders have been shipped to your given delivery address.
· Give us 2-3 business days for the orders to be shipped, once items arrived from warehouse.
· We also accept and we offer discounts bulk orders.). PM us for more details on bulk orders.

7. Incomplete Order forms will not be entertained or process, we will send you a confirmation e-mail for your submitted orders, for verification purposes.
· In any case of wrong entries or any discrepancies with the confirmation email and your orders. Please notify us, unless it will be considered valid and your orders will be processed within 48 hours.
8. No Orders will be processed unless we received the downpayment. We will send you a confirmation once the payment has been received.

9. If unpaid balances for items/orders is not settled within 5 working days, upon receiving the settlement and balance invoice down payment made will be forfeited to cover damages.
· You will be notified thru your given contact numbers for your unpaid balance. If we didn’t receive any response after 3 business days. We will consider your orders as cancelled and any payments made due will be forfeited.
10. Placed orders are FINAL. Items will already be reserved and can no longer be cancelled nor changed. TLGIPS will not be liable for delays or errors due to request for changes (recipient, delivery address, courier) of placed orders.
11. Available colors and sizes were provided including the size chart and conversions. We also confirm your given information on the order forms. Thus, TLGIPS will not process Refunds/Returns for incorrect purchases and/or for ‘change of mind’ made by the customer/buyer.
Shipping/Delivery Policies
1. SHIPPING FEE IS SHOULDERED BY THE BUYER and will automatically be calculated and added to your total bill upon placing of order. Unless, items declared “Free shipping” on selected items and/or promotional periods. SFs will be carried by the buyer, and certain fees will be stated in the invoice.
2. Shipping charges are determined by the following:
i. Quantity
ii. Total weight (including packaging, if any)
iii. Location
3. It is our policy that we do not ship to Post Office box.
4. Delivery is via third party courier.

4.1 THERE IS A SHIPPING RISK. We will not be liable for damages incurred due to mishandling of the courier.
4.2 TLGIPS is also not liable for shipment delays on the part of the courier.
4.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to track the items once it was released for delivery, provided that TLGIPS will provide the customer the tracking numbers for their orders.
4.4 As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. The courier is also unable to ring you prior or during delivery.
4.5 All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at time of delivery. Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by other courier services available.

5. Items usually arrive from the warehouse/supplier 7-10 days after the cut-off date and/or the confirmation of customers’ orders upon the receiving the full payment.
· Orders may arrive later that the expected date specially with the MTO Shoes, so patience is a must.
6. Customer's orders will be shipped within 2-3 days (except weekends and holidays) once items arrived from the warehouse/supplier. Please allow us at least a day to confirm your orders and payment details before your orders released for shipment.
7. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
8. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery.
8.1 If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
8.2 Shipping time may vary depending on your location.
9. Strictly no shipping will be made for insufficient payments. Regardless of the amount. Orders also cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
10. Unpaid orders will be released and made available as on-hand items. Any payments made thru will be forfeited to cover damages.
Payment Policies
1. PAYMENT METHODS:

1.2. We will send you details of together with your invoice for your chosen payment methods (Ex.: Accnt. Name, Accnt. No., Recipient’s Name and Address etc).
1.3. Send us the amount as stated on your invoice. Buyer will shoulder the transfer fees for sending payments thru money remittance centers (ex. Moneygram. Western Union etc...)
International Orders and Shipping Policies
1. Customer will shoulder the Shipping Fees and Taxes that may apply.
2. We are currently delivering orders within the Philippines and any other countries including but not limited to Asian Countries.
3. For international shipping, you may check for rates online depending upon the courier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, Singapore post.etc.).

Returns, Damage and Exchanges Policies
1. TLGIPS DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ship out damaged items.
2. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers.
3. We strictly implement NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE of the items that are SOLD. Items are all thoroughly inspected prior to shipment
4. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to replace it provided:
· We are informed via e-mail with picture of the damaged item/s received.
· We are informed within the day the package is received. (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
· Customer ships the item/s back to us. (Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer)
5. TLGIPS will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind of buyer.
6. For situations a customer receives a damage item:
· Box up your merchandise in the original packaging if you have it. The goods should be well-packed so that we receive them in good condition. Send it back to us, postage paid. Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return.
We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).

TLGIPS is committed to the security of all information associated with our customers. At TLGIPS your personal information is confidential. We do not rent, sell, barter or trade email addresses. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number, credit card information (thru PaypalTM paypal) and your email address. We use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.
Any personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
Security
At TLGIPS protecting your personal information is a priority. TLGIPS accepts payment thru Credit cards via PaypalTM. (PaypalTM one of the most secured online payment provider)
Disclaimer, Submissions and Indemnification

This site and all contents of this site are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. You acknowledge, by your use of this site, that your use of this site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of our site, and that TLGIPS shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this site.
1. All sales are final. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDER/S, once your orders are confirmed.
2. PLEASE ORDER ONLY, IF YOU ARE 101% SURE AND WILLING TO WAIT.
3. We strictly implement NO REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE of the items that are SOLD. Items are all thoroughly inspected prior to shipment (Special cases may be given consideration. Please refer to our Returns, Damage and Exchanges Policies).
4. Once we have your item/s shipped or delivered, please be responsible for tracking the package. We will provide your tracking number.
5. The TLGIPS is not responsible for any damage/loss caused by the courier during shipping. For Pre-order and Made-to-Order (MTO) items, PATIENCE is a MUST. Please don’t order if you are not willing to wait. We will be giving you the Estimated Time of Arrival or ETA of the items and Production Time for MTO Shoes. Rest assured your orders will surely arrive.
6. Other conditions:
· WAREHOUSE SHIPPING TIME: 5-10 days AFTER CUT OFF DATE (depends on stocks) and/or after the order confirmation.
· MTO Shoes are of different production period.
· All items will not be delivered unless fully paid.
· Due to inflation rates, prices indicated subject to change without prior notice. (Rest assured that the ending price will be indicated in the invoice)
· If unpaid balances for items/orders is not settled within 3 working days, upon receiving the settlement and balance invoice down payment made will be forfeited to cover damages.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE
TLGIPS reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the TLGIPS following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions each time you use this site.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold TLGIPS. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site, including, without limitation, your use of this TLGIPS site in violation of these Terms of Use.
